INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 small shallot
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- salt, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Cut tomatoes and add them to the serving plate.
- Finely chop the shallot and sprinkle it all over the tomatoes.
- On the frying pan, on medium high, add butter and continue to cook.
- Once melted, the butter will foam up and should start having a nutty aroma.
- Pour brown butter over tomatoes and sprinkle it with salt to taste.
