The Burger

Good quality of meat, sweet caramelized onion and magic sauce make it so special and unique. Not complicated at all!

Serving: 4 servings

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 pretzel buns
  • 4 patties (meat of your choice)
  • 2 onions
  • 4 slices cheddar
  • 1/2 cup kewpie mayo
  • 1/3 cup gochujang paste
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/8 cup sesame seeds
  • 1 clove of garlic

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Caramelize onion until brown (approximately 30-40 minutes). Ad the very end add teaspoons of sugar to caramelize it.
  2. Whisk the sugar and vinegar together in a bowl until the sugar dissolves. Add the gochujang, kewpie mayo, minced garlic, sesame seeds and mix together.
  3. Cook patties to your desired temperature and at the end add a slice of cheese to each patty (until fully melted).
  4. Toast each pretzel bun. Put sauce on each of the buns. Place your patty on top of the bottom bun and top with caramelized onions.
