INGREDIENTS:
1 liter of kefir
200 grams of strawberries
200 grams of blueberries
2 tablespoons of maple syrup or honey
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Wash the strawberries and blueberries thoroughly under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
2. Slice the strawberries into smaller pieces if desired.
3. In each serving glass or bowl, add 250 ml (half a liter) of kefir.
4. Top each serving with 100 grams of strawberries and 100 grams of blueberries.
5. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of maple syrup or honey over each serving to add sweetness.
6. Mix the ingredients gently with a spoon to combine the flavors.
7. You can serve the kefir with fruits immediately, or you can refrigerate it for a while to chill before serving.
