INGREDIENTS:
- 400g Strawberries
- 150g Ribbon Pasta
- 3-4 tablespoons of Sugar
- 1/3 cup of sour cream
INSTRUCTIONS:
Cook the pasta in lightly salted water and drain.
Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, and cut them into pieces.
Place them in a bowl. Add sugar and mash them with a fork or blend them in a food processor or blender.
Mix it with the cream.
Place the hot pasta on plates and pour the strawberry sauce over it.
