INGREDIENTS:
- 2 large cucumbers
- 6 radishes
- 1/2 clove of garlic
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped dill
- Approximately 400g natural yogurt or kefir
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- Young potatoes
INSTRUCTIONS:
Wash, peel, and trim the ends of the cucumbers, then grate them using a coarse grater.
Grate also radish.
Crush the garlic with a press, add salt, and let it sit for 5 minutes.
Add the garlic to the cucumber, mix, season with freshly ground black pepper and chopped dill, and then mix in the natural yogurt.
Chill in the refrigerator.
Serve with finely chopped hard-boiled egg yolks or whole eggs and additionally with young potatoes infused with dill.
