INGREDIENTS:
- 400 g pack filo dough, thawed overnight in the fridge.
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 pack of feta cheese
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- pine nuts
- honey
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a Silpat and set it aside.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.
- In a bowl, combine eggs, cheese, yogurt.
- Open the pack of dough and take 1 sheets. Fold it and shape into flower.
- Place the shaped dough on the baking sheet one next to each other. Repeat the process with the remaining sheets.
- Once finished, spread the eggs and feta mixture over it.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
- Sprinkle with honey and roasted pie nuts.
- Serve the flower-shaped pastries warm or at room temperature.
