- 2 slices of sourdough bread
- 1/2 cup fresh peas
- 1/4 cup shelled edamame
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons pistachios
- 1 ball of burrata cheese
- Fresh mint leaves,
INSTRUCTIONS:

Toast the sourdough bread slices until golden and crispy. Set them aside.

In a pot of boiling water, cook the peas and edamame until tender. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.

In a food processor or blender, combine the cooked peas, edamame, mint, pistachios, tahini, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Blend until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
