INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pack of Fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 Onion
- 1/2 leek
- 1 small potato
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 500ml vegetable broth
- 150ml Heavy cream
- Salt & pepper
- A pinch of nutmeg
- noodles (kluski lane)
- parsley, for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Sauté chopped onion, leek and potato in butter until fragrant. Put aside.
- Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they’re golden brown. Half of them put on the side.
- Add rest of the vegetables to mushroom.
- Pour in vegetable broth and simmer.
- Blend until smooth and return to the pot.
- Stir in heavy cream, salt, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg.
- Simmer for a few more minutes.
- Cook noodles (example: pasting) according to instructions on the package.
- Serve hot and garnish with fresh parsley.
