INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 Halloumi Cheese
- 2 tbsp Blueberry Jam
- 1/4 cupFresh Blueberries
- Olive Oil for grilling
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegair
- 1 tsp hot honey
- lemon zest
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Slice the Halloumi cheese into thick pieces.
- Heat a grill or a pan over medium-high heat and brush with olive oil.
- Grill the Halloumi for a few minutes on each side until it’s beautifully golden and slightly crispy.
- Arrange the grilled Halloumi on a plate.
- Spoon a dollop of Blueberry Jam on top of each slice.
- Scatter fresh Blueberries and top with balsamic vinegar, hot honey and lemon zest.
