INGREDIENTS:
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp butter
- Salt
- Chives
INSTRUCTIONS:
Lightly whisk the eggs in a bowl until they become smooth. For smoother scrambled eggs, you can strain them through a sieve to remove any lumps.
Heat a skillet over low heat.
Add the whisked eggs to the skillet and start gently stirring them with a spatula. Continuously stir the eggs to ensure even cooking.
After a few minutes of stirring, add the butter to the skillet. The chilled butter helps prevent the eggs from overcooking.
Continue to stir the eggs gently until they form small curds with a bit of runny eggs around them. The heat should still be on low to prevent the eggs from cooking too quickly.
Once the desired consistency is reached, turn off the heat.
Finely chop some chives and add them to the scrambled eggs. You can adjust the amount of chives according to your preference.
Transfer the scrambled eggs with chives to a serving plate.
Season with salt to taste.
