Cooking Time: 15min

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 croissants, halved
  • 8 slices of brie cheese
  • 8 slices of prosciutto
  • 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
  • Honey, for drizzling (optional)
  • Roasted Pistachio, for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to warm the croissants and melt the cheese.
  2. Carefully slice the croissants in half horizontally to create a top and bottom piece.
  3. Place a couple of slices of brie cheese on the bottom half of each croissant.
  4. Place 2 slices of prosciutto (air fried for  5 min, 390F) on top of the brie cheese. Fresh Prosciutto is also working great.
  5. Add a few thin slices of ripe pear on top of the prosciutto.
  6. Place the assembled croissants on a baking sheet and warm them in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until the brie cheese starts to melt and the croissants are heated through.
  7.  For an extra touch of sweetness, drizzle a bit of honey over the pear slices.
