INGREDIENTS:
- 4 croissants, halved
- 8 slices of brie cheese
- 8 slices of prosciutto
- 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
- Honey, for drizzling (optional)
- Roasted Pistachio, for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to warm the croissants and melt the cheese.
- Carefully slice the croissants in half horizontally to create a top and bottom piece.
- Place a couple of slices of brie cheese on the bottom half of each croissant.
- Place 2 slices of prosciutto (air fried for 5 min, 390F) on top of the brie cheese. Fresh Prosciutto is also working great.
- Add a few thin slices of ripe pear on top of the prosciutto.
- Place the assembled croissants on a baking sheet and warm them in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until the brie cheese starts to melt and the croissants are heated through.
- For an extra touch of sweetness, drizzle a bit of honey over the pear slices.
