French Omelette with Caviar

A classic French omelette has a smooth, silky texture with a very soft scrambled inside. On top of that a dollop of caviar.

Cooking Time: 15min

Serving: 1 serving

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • caviar

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them lightly with a fork. Season with a pinch of salt.

2. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the butter and allow it to melt, ensuring it coats the bottom of the pan evenly.

3. Once the butter starts to sizzle, pour in the beaten eggs. Allow them to set for a moment until the edges begin to cook.

4. Using a rubber spatula, gently push the cooked edges towards the center while tilting the pan to let the uncooked eggs flow to the edges. Continue doing this until there’s very little uncooked egg left on the surface.

5. Slide the omelette towards to side of the frying pan. Transfer it into the serving plate and add butter for the silky effect.

6. Add a dollop of caviar and enjoy!
