INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Buffalo tomato, sliced
- 4-5 strawberries, sliced
- 1-2 radishes, thinly sliced
- 1 naval orange, peeled and segmented
- Handful of fresh mint leaves, torn
- Balsamic vinegar, for drizzling
- Extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling
- Salt and pepper, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a serving bowl, arrange the sliced Buffalo tomatoes, strawberries, radishes, and naval orange segments.
Sprinkle torn basil leaves over the top of the salad.
Drizzle the salad with orange juice.
Gently toss the salad to combine all the ingredients and evenly distribute the dressing.
Serve the salad immediately as a refreshing and flavorful side dish or light meal.
