Baguette with cheese and soft boiled egg

Simple breakfast idea whereas combination of fresh baguette with cheese and soft boiled egg is just magical, plus sprinkle of maldon salt!

Serving: 2 servings

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 baguette
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter
  • 2 slices cheese of your choice (Swiss, Gouda etc)
  • salt, to taste
  • olive oil
  • egg, soft boiled

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Cut piece of baguette and spread salted butter over it.
  2. Add sliced cheese.
  3. When water is boiling in the pot, add egg and boil on small heat for about 5-6min. Peal off and cut in half and spread over the sandwich.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt for taste.
