INGREDIENTS:
- 1 baguette
- 2 tablespoons salted butter
- 2 slices cheese of your choice (Swiss, Gouda etc)
- salt, to taste
- olive oil
- egg, soft boiled
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Cut piece of baguette and spread salted butter over it.
- Add sliced cheese.
- When water is boiling in the pot, add egg and boil on small heat for about 5-6min. Peal off and cut in half and spread over the sandwich.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt for taste.
