INGREDIENTS:
- 4 young carrots / 400 g
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons of miso paste
- 2 teaspoons of lemon juice
- a small piece of fresh chili to sprinkle
- a few drops of vegetable oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 175-200 degrees Celsius (347-392 degrees Fahrenheit). Thoroughly scrub and dry the carrots, then rub them with vegetable oil.
- Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
- Remove the roasted carrots and let them cool for a while.
- Put them in a blender along with the rest of the ingredients and blend until you have a smooth paste.
- Transfer the paste to a clean container, put it in the refrigerator, and let it chill.
- Spread the paste on your favorite bread, sprinkle olive oil.
