INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 slices of bread (your choice of bread)
  • 2 large eggs
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 ball of burrata cheese
  • Chilli Flakes
  • Olive oil or butter for cooking

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Toast the slices of bread until golden and crispy. Set them aside.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk the eggs together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Heat a drizzle of olive oil or a pat of butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

  4. Pour the whisked eggs into the skillet and cook, gently stirring with a spatula, until the eggs are just set. Avoid overcooking to keep the omelette moist and tender.
